Our floor is grouted!!

We Have a Floor!!

And a vanity!

And a new showerhead!

We can definitely see the light at the end of the tunnel!!

Mike you have done SO much work and Matt and I could not have done this without you;

Russ and Vickie--you have been beyond helpful through this whole process...thank you so much for letting us stay with you and for always going above and beyond--feeding us many many meals, cleaning our ENTIRE house, caulking the tub, etc.;

Rob, your caulking efforts on the window will always be acknowledged;

and Matt, thank you so much for how hard you have worked on this project. Thanks for putting up with my frustrations and mind-changes throughout the process. I'm so thankful for you and all of your hard work.

My Sweet Husband!

Yesterday, especially toward the end of my work day, I had a pretty stressful time trying to manage all these realtors...they really get out of control sometimes ;)!!
But when my wonderful husband picked me up from work and asked me about my day, so I told him all of my woes and then he reached into the back seat of his truck, and pulled out these for me!

So bright and beautiful...thanks hunny!!

Born Friday, July 3rd 3:55am 6lbs. 11oz. 20 in long...and so adorable.

Unfortunately this turned out to be more just a picture of me, but you sure can see how little she is...SO cute!

Now That's What I Call a Remodel

We have no sink or linoleum...Matt and Mike pulled it out. We have no toilet...Also pulled out by Matt and Mike.

I am painting the sealer on the grout with a tiny paintbrush so I don't get it on the tile...yes, this will take an eternity to finish, but oh it will be so worth it when we are done.

We're Grouting!!

All the tile is up except for the bullnose (the tall skinny tiles that sit on the end of the tile walls).
So, poor Matt got very sick and the bathroom just had to wait. And even though he is still sick, they started grouting last night!! Mike put the bullnose up last night as Matt grouted.
